Privacy Policy

Overview

Cruffled does not require an account. This policy describes the information handled when you use the Cruffled mobile app or website.

Information stored on your device

Game progress, preferences, created or imported puzzles, and puzzles unlocked by watching a rewarded ad are stored locally on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove this information.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve Cruffled. Events may include screens viewed, puzzles started or completed, play duration, hints, purchases, and ad interactions. Firebase may process device information, app identifiers, and approximate usage information under Google's privacy terms.

Advertising

The mobile app uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location, and ad interactions to provide and measure ads. Consent choices are presented where required.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payments made through their app stores. RevenueCat helps validate purchases and manage entitlements such as removing ads or unlocking content. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, transaction information, product identifiers, and entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Puzzle content and network access

Cruffled may connect to Firebase services to download the available puzzle catalog and game content. Puzzles you create or import remain on your device unless you deliberately export or share them using your device's sharing features.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Your choices and contact
